Join us in Amed, Bali, for a 7-day Somatic Yin Yoga Teacher Training designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and deepen your awareness of body and mind.
About the Training
This transformational Somatic Yin Yoga Teacher Training combines functional
anatomy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and energetic practices to offer both
scientific understanding and spiritual depth.
Through guided Yin and somatic meditation sessions, philosophy discussions, and
teaching methodology, you’ll learn how to create and hold a safe, healing space
for yourself and others.
You’ll explore how Yin Yoga supports nervous system
regulation, emotional balance, and deep body awareness, learning to release
stored tension and connect to your inner calm.
The training is enriched with mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and energetic
practices, helping you return to your natural state of ease, openness, and
receptivity.

For Yogis, Divers & Seekers of Stillness
Set in Amed, Bali, where ocean and mountains meet in perfect stillness, this training offers the ideal environment for deep rest and reconnection.
For yogis and yoga teachers, it’s an opportunity to deepen your understanding of
Yin Yoga, mindful movement, and somatic embodiment, learning how to teach with
compassion, clarity, and authenticity.
For divers and freedivers, Yin and somatic practices enhance breath control, focus,
and body awareness, key elements for staying calm and efficient underwater.
For anyone on a healing or spiritual path, this is a journey inward, a return to
stillness and self-awareness through presence and surrender.

8:00–10:00 am – Morning Practice
10:00–11:30 am – Breakfast & Reflection
11:30–13:30 pm – Theory & Teaching Methodology
13:30–15:00 pm – Lunch Break
15:00–17:30 pm – Afternoon Practice

Certification
Upon completion, you’ll receive a 65-Hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education
(YACEP) certificate.
This training can be used toward RYT continuing education hours or taken as a deep
personal immersion to reconnect with your practice, your breath, and your inner
stillness.
