12:00-13:00 Open Heart Meditation at the Griya

Open Heart MeditationTM is universal, nondenominational, and purely experiential, centered on gentle, heart-based “feeling” rather than on brain-oriented visualizations or breathing techniques.

We’ve long been told to “follow our heart”—and this simple yet deeply effective Open Heart MeditationTM helps us do just that.

In a beautifully guided meditation with musical accompaniment, we are helped to relax and effortlessly experience the feelings of peace, calmness and happiness that are always accessible in our spiritual hearts, our direct and eternal connection to the Source of Love and Light.

This class teaches us why meditation is so powerful, the steps to mastering meditation, and how we can make a practice that is specifically suited to our individual mind and body.

11:00 – 12:00 Life coaching – Own your breath at Hidden Paradise

Life coaching workshop: Breathing – When you own your breath nobody can steal your peace

Breathing is the most fundamental activity of our system in addition to the heartbeat. We always breathe, day and night! This indicates how much breathing is literally connected to our quality of life. In this workshop you are going to be aware of your own breathing and how you can improve it. This will have so much positive effect on your body and mind.

Led by Eline, originally from the Netherlands and now living in Bali.

“I have studied Applied Psychology with a specialization in Professional Coaching. I have always been interested in the motives of mankind. The education has brought me a lot of experience in the field of psychology and coaching. The practical attitude fits very well with my personality. I started my career in recruitment and HR counseling, which gave me a lot of experience on both sides of the job market. I later on worked as a Trainer and Coach at a training agency, which was specialized in business, recruitment and sales training. I started a new study on effortless life coaching and decided to become an independent life coach and move to Bali.

As your coach I like to help you on your way to a fulfilled life that is completely in line with who you really are. A feeling of freedom to be completely yourself, to use your qualities and to walk your own way. The most beautiful thing is: all answers are already contained in yourself.”
