Deep Flow Yoga Lab: Neck & Shoulder Release Edition

This rejuvenating yoga workshop is designed to relieve tension and pain in the neck and shoulders while improving mobility, strength, and posture.
Through a blend of gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and breathwork, you’ll learn how to alleviate muscle stiffness, prevent injuries, and restore balance in your upper body. You can look forward to leaving the workshop feeling more open, lighter, and deeply relaxed.

Whether you spend long hours sitting or are active and wish to enhance your performance, this workshop offers valuable tools to improve your hip health.

THE BLISS OF BALANCE – YIN YANG YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Join us as we use Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Meditation as tools to cultivate balance and harmony within the body and mind.
In this workshop you will be guided in different styles of yoga practice focusing on Yin Yang philosophies and balancing techniques to be used on and off the mat.
The Practice of Pranayama, or controlled breathing, will be introduced to enhance energy flow and improve concentration.







BEYOND “BREATHWORK” BHANDAS, BIO-RHYTHMS AND BREATHPLAY

Beyond the limited focus of much “BREATHWORK” this workshop gives tools for living, drawn from a wide spectrum of Breath optimisation practices and the world of Freediving, Yoga and Meditation.
Students will increase their understanding of the mechanics and chemistry of breathing and harness insights from evolutionary physiology to explore the Mind/Body connection and regulate the autonomic nervous system to meet the moment.
We’ll use a wide range of techniques to develop psychological resilience, exploring the whole spectrum of physiological states from sympathetic excitation to deep, whole-body relaxation, with their associated emotional states.
Healthy breathing is adaptive and fluid, and while there are bad ways to breathe, there’s not only one way to breathe in all situations.
Understanding this central plasticity is the key to harnessing the power of the breath for increased resilience, mental clarity and even spiritual growth.







YIN YOGA WORKSHOP – A JOURNEY INTO TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Join us for a serene Yin Yoga journey to access the timeless wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gently weaving deep asana, pranayama and self acupressure techniques we will work along the meridian lines to harmonize the five elemental energies of the mind, body and spirit.
This workshop is rooted in Yin Yoga, a slow-paced, floor based practice where poses are held for extended amounts of time, sometimes several minutes. Pausing in these postures enables us to increase mobility, stretch and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network.
As the physical body softens into stillness the mind can enter a deep, meditative internal space.
Hands-on adjustments will cater the individual needs of every body to avail the maximum benefit from poses.
The practice ends with a soothing sound meditation to guide you into ultimate relaxation.
